We have developed our own unique coaching model called Primary Intention Coaching. It is grounded in over four years of study of primary intention - intention based on far more than what we are taught in popular literature.

1. Primary Intention: A Life of Loving Work

What we are best known for! This unique program takes you through an in-depth journey which leads to clarity of your life's experience vision, your true values, life purpose and your primary intention. You create a powerful foundation for your life and your work and establish key milestones you can begin to implement.
(includes unlimited coaching time as needed, usually 18-23 hours)

2. Primary Intention: Meta Career Shift

Designed specifically for those in career transition or wanting to initiate a career change. We apply the core elements of A Life of Loving Work (above) and focus more heavily on the rigorous exploration of deliberate career shifhting. This program is perfect for someone who feels that now is the time to act and think differently.

3. Customized, Flexible Monthly Programs (1-7 hours per month)

Individually designed to help you tackle specific life and profession related concerns. Often we don't know exactly what we need. This is a great option for those who may not know where to start and what would be most useful. It is also perfect for those having completed any of the Primary Intention programs and want ongoing support. For as little as $300 per month you can begin to experience greater ease, flow and success.

4. Primary Intention TEAM Excellence - For professional groups

This program includes everything in the Excellence program and is specifically designed for practice groups and leadership teams. This is much more than team development as we journey to an unparalleled level of distilled clarity and synergy.

5. Performance Councils (3-6 hours per month)

The next generation of mastermind group - this is a fun and dynamic program for groups of 8 professionals and practitioners. For as little as $99 per month, you can participate in a vibrant resource of like minded colleagues - advising and supporting each other as your businesses move forward. Groups are professionally facilitated for maximum effectivenes.
