The Time of My Life
For 20 years my work has come to focus more and more upon the human dynamics of business and organizations. During that time, I have had the privilege of working with some extraordinarily creative, intelligent and compassionate professionals.
Since 1995, I’ve worked with the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the areas of strategic change, leadership and team development, performance improvement coaching and multi-stakeholder relationship building.
From 2001-2004, I lived, worked and practiced at a meditation ashram in New York’s Catskill Mountains and served its global not-for-profit organization. While there I was head of Staff Development for over 500 full time staff members. The role required the merging of various sources of learning in the creation of development programs, customized workshops and coaching initiatives.
The result is a coaching and facilitation approach which strives to enhance a sense of the authentic and practical, a sense of what will work in partnership with mystical truth.
Whether you are engaged with building your professional practice or business, wanting to get as clear as possible about your work and life direction, improving your professional and personal relationships, starting a new enterprise, taking your work in a new direction, or seeking a new level of balance, our services enable you to improve your performance, and to sustain that improvement over time.
I'm having the time of my life. If you're not, we should talk.

Casey Onyet - Certified BodyTalk Practitioner
Casey Onyett is a certified BodyTalk practitioner. Bringing inspiration into everything he does, Casey works with clients in a safe and comfortable setting out of his office in Vancouver.
“A large part of my life I have suffered from chronic disease and pain. I understand what it’s like to lose hope and feel helpless. But I have also experienced the amazing healing potential of the body and the joy that follows when we break through these obstacles."
Growing up, Casey struggled with acute ulcerative colitis for 10 years. When the last option in western medicine was to get a colostomy, he tried alternative routes. With the help of an eastern medicine doctor and a combination of therapies all symptoms of sickness disappeared after 8 months. When the colitis symptoms started reoccurring 2 years later, it led Casey into new area's of energy medicine.
This search brought him to BodyTalk. After only 3 sessions, all of his colitis symptoms disappeared and he was amazed at the healing potential of this modality. Casey began to passionately study the BodyTalk system and is dedicated to helping others.
